This event is part of the series of activities of the Quang Ngai Province Digital Transformation Week 2024, with the general theme of "Digital Transformation - Digital Economic Development".
Attending the workshop were representatives of leaders of departments, agencies and localities in the province, technology enterprises, and digital transformation experts inside and outside the province.
Opening the workshop, Director of the Department of Information and Communications Tran Thanh Truong emphasized that promoting administrative reform, improving competitiveness, and serving people and businesses is one of the goals of Resolution No. 13-NQ/TU of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.
With the viewpoint of "taking people and businesses as the center of the digital transformation process, aiming to serve people and businesses better and better", the province focuses on directing the implementation of measures to improve the ranking results of the province's administrative reform.
He said that the workshop is an opportunity to approach and share practical experiences in digital transformation, in order to effectively apply digital technology, build digital government, and contribute to promoting administrative reform.
At the workshop, VNPT representative presented the content of the discussion on promoting the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to serve the settlement of public administrative procedures.
The workshop focused on exchanging and discussing digital transformation in administrative reform, with 6 thematic presentations.
They included: Results of administrative reform and the role of the Community Digital Technology Team in promoting administrative reform; the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to serve the settlement of public administrative procedures; the typical digital village model in Thanh Hoa province; urban planning and infrastructure management; solutions for managing specialized databases for construction licensing; Digital transformation of tourism - an inevitable trend in the current period.
