On the morning of November 20, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Đỗ Tâm Hiển chaired a meeting to review the progress and disbursement of projects managed by the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DoAE).
According to the DoAE, the total allocated capital for the year (including extended 2024 funds, 2025 allocations, and central budget capital) exceeds VNĐ 143.4 billion. Estimated disbursement as of November 19 reached about VNĐ 72 billion, equivalent to 50.21 per cent of the plan.

Several projects are meeting schedule, notably the upgrade and expansion of the Tịnh Hòa typhoon shelter and fishing port, which has fully disbursed VNĐ 40 billion in local capital.
Some projects, such as upgrades to Sơn Tịnh and Bình Sơn reservoirs, Đức Lợi water supply system, and protection and development of protective forests, are completing compensation procedures to disburse remaining funds in December.
The DoAE will continue working closely with relevant agencies and localities to resolve obstacles, particularly in site clearance, and strive to fully disburse all centrally allocated and extended funds in 2025.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Đỗ Tâm Hiển assigned the DoAE, as the project owner, to develop comprehensive implementation plans for each project to achieve the highest possible completion level in 2025.

For projects facing site-clearance bottlenecks, the Vice Chairman requested close coordination with departments and localities to ensure all compensation plans are approved no later than December 31.
