Discussion Group 1, chaired by U Huấn — Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial NA Delegation, and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi — focuses on solutions for infrastructure and urban development.
On the afternoon of September 11, the delegates of the 1st Provincial Party Congress held group discussions on the Political Report, the self-review report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020–2025 term, the documents of the 14th National Party Congress, and the action program for implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
The discussions also covered 16 in-depth topics related to socio-economic development, Party building, and national defense and security.
In the group sessions, delegates focused on major issues such as infrastructure development, private sector growth, administrative reform, digital transformation, ethnic and religious affairs, grassroots democracy, social welfare, foreign affairs, cultural preservation, industrial and agricultural development, as well as national defense and security.
Delegates emphasized the need for breakthrough solutions in transport, digital infrastructure, green transition, innovation, and entrepreneurship. They also called for stronger policies to mobilize resources, improve public services, preserve cultural values, and promote sustainable poverty reduction.
Ensuring security, enhancing disaster preparedness, and strengthening the role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations were highlighted as key tasks for the 2025–2030 term.
