Discussion Group 1 chaired by Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee U Huấn
On September 11, within the framework of the 1st Provincial Party Congress (2025–2030 term), delegates held group discussions on 16 thematic issues.
At Discussion Group 1, chaired by U Huấn, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial NA Delegation, and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi province, delegates focused on infrastructure development and building civilized, modern urban areas. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân, attended and contributed opinions.
Delegates agreed that technical infrastructure and urban development are strategic tasks and breakthrough solutions for Quảng Ngãi’s growth in the coming years. Opinions highlighted both achievements and shortcomings in the 2020–2025 term, pointing out difficulties in land clearance, limited resources, and urban congestion risks.
They proposed practical measures, including transparent land compensation and resettlement, effective resource mobilization, long-term planning, and prioritizing high-tech and eco-friendly projects, such as smart city models and eco-tourism development.
Secretary Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân affirmed that one of the three breakthrough tasks set by the Congress is to invest in synchronized, modern infrastructure, with priority given to transport, digital, green transition, and energy transformation to ensure sustainable development and climate resilience.

Delegates stressed that this foundation will help Quảng Ngãi achieve comprehensive growth and become a key growth pole in the Central-Highlands region by 2030.
