On September 12, after two and a half days of serious and productive working sessions (September 10–12), the 1st Quảng Ngãi Provincial Party Congress, 2025–2030 term, completed its entire agenda.
In her closing remarks, Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the Congress had thoroughly and objectively reviewed the implementation of the 2020–2025 Resolution and the self-assessment report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.
Delegates discussed and unanimously adopted the Resolution of the Congress, which embodies the collective will, determination, and aspirations of the Party and people of Quảng Ngãi to build the province into a fairly developed locality.

The Congress announced the Politburo’s decision on the composition of the 1st Provincial Party Executive Committee, consisting of 68 members, as well as the Standing Committee, Secretary, and other key leadership positions, ensuring capable leadership for the new term. It also elected a delegation of 37 official and 3 alternate delegates to represent Quảng Ngãi at the 14th National Party Congress.
Secretary Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân affirmed that “A new term, a new journey for the nation and Quảng Ngãi begins today. With strong will, confidence, and aspirations for the future, we will overcome all challenges to fulfill the goals entrusted by the Party and people.”
Vân called on all levels, sectors, Party members, officials, workers, enterprises, armed forces, and people of Quảng Ngãi, both at home and abroad, to unite, dedicate efforts and wisdom, and work together for the successful realization of the Congress Resolution.
