Provincial leaders pay tribute to martyrs on the occasion of the 1st Party Congress of Quảng Ngãi Province, 2025–2030 term

On the morning of September 10, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi Province held a memorial and flower-offering ceremony at the Provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery in Nghĩa Giang commune to pay tribute to heroic martyrs, marking the 1st Party Congress of Quảng Ngãi Province, 2025–2030 term.

Attending the ceremony were Central Committee member, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân; Alternate Central Committee member, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial NA Delegation, and Chairman of the Provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee U Huấn; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Nguyễn Đức Tuy; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Giang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Đinh Thị Hồng Minh; along with members of the Provincial Standing Committee, vice chairpersons of the People’s Council and People’s Committee, leaders of provincial departments, agencies, mass organizations, armed forces, and Nghĩa Giang commune.

In a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders observed a moment of silence in remembrance of the great contributions of heroic martyrs. They offered incense and flowers at the Monument to the Fallen Soldiers.

Delegates then lit incense at individual graves, expressing deep gratitude to the province’s and nation’s fallen heroes.

This meaningful activity, held ahead of the 1st Party Congress of Quảng Ngãi Province, 2025–2030 term, reflects the profound gratitude of the Party, authorities, and people of the province to generations who devoted and sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary cause of the nation.
