On September 7, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Nguyễn Hoàng Giang, inspected decoration and propaganda activities for the upcoming 1st Provincial Party Congress (2025–2030) at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center and main streets in the wards of Cẩm Thành, Nghĩa Lộ, and Trương Quang Trọng.

Chairman Giang commended local authorities and residents for their efforts in urban beautification, house decoration, and the proper display of flags, flowers, banners, and slogans, creating a festive and enthusiastic atmosphere ahead of the congress. Preparations on the main streets have been basically completed.
He requested relevant agencies and localities to continue monitoring weather conditions to promptly adjust affected items, step up environmental sanitation, accelerate the completion of decoration clusters, and coordinate with security forces to ensure public order and traffic safety.

Chairman Giang urged all units to promptly finalize outstanding tasks as planned, ensuring the successful organization of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
