QUẢNG NGÃI — The Quảng Ngãi Provincial Party Committee on September 11 announced decisions on the pilot establishment of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council and the Party Committee of the Provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front and mass organizations, both under the Provincial Party Committee.
The decisions were announced at a conference held at the Provincial Party Committee’s headquarters, along with decisions on the appointment of the leadership of the two newly established Party committees.
Lữ Ngọc Bình, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, announced the decisions on the establishment of the two Party committees and the appointment of their Party Committee, Standing Committee, secretaries, deputy secretaries and Inspection Commissions.
Under the decisions, Nguyễn Đức Tuy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council.
Y Thị Bích Thọ, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front and mass organizations.
The conference also announced the decision to rename the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission as the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Commission.
Ngô Văn Trọng, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and former head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, was appointed Head of the newly renamed commission.

Addressing the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hồ Văn Niên said the decisions marked an important step in further consolidating the provincial political system and organizational apparatus.
He asked the newly established Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Commission to quickly stabilize their organizational structures, improve operational effectiveness and deliver concrete results.
Hồ Văn Niên expressed his confidence that, with solidarity, discipline, responsibility and strong determination, the new Party committees and the officials entrusted with leadership responsibilities would fulfill their assigned tasks and contribute to the successful implementation of the province’s political objectives.
Speaking on behalf of the two newly established Party committees, Y Thị Bích Thọ affirmed that they would fully implement the directions of the Provincial Party Secretary and focus on building united, effective and efficient Party organizations.
