At the Quảng Ngãi Province conference site, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyễn Hoàng Giang, affirmed the province’s strong commitment to implementing national priorities with a proactive, responsible, and action-oriented approach.
Housing Support for the Poor
As of June 20, 2025, Quảng Ngãi has completed 100 per cent of its target by supporting 6,331 households, including 4,149 new constructions and 2,182 repairs, with a total budget of over VNĐ 319 billion.
Innovative models like “Zero-Cost Construction Teams” and “Mass Mobilization House Building Units” were widely adopted.
Expressway Development
For the Quảng Ngãi – Hoài Nhơn section of the Eastern North-South Expressway, the main route's site clearancehas been fully handed over.
Of the additional 25ha required, 21ha have been delivered, with the rest scheduled for completion by June 30, 2025.
Public Investment Disbursement
Quảng Ngãi’s 2025 public investment plan totals VNĐ 5,300 billion.
Nearly all funds have been allocated, with detailed monthly disbursement schedules in place.
A dedicated task force is monitoring progress and addressing bottlenecks. Disbursement is expected to reach over 40 per cent by the end of June 2025.

Transfer funds from slow-moving projects to those with higher disbursement potential.
