On the evening of September 15, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the Performance and Award Ceremony of the Video Clip Contest promoting the 1st Party Congress of Quảng Ngãi Province (2025–2030). Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Y Ngọc, and leaders of provincial departments and agencies attended the event.

With the theme “Quảng Ngãi Youth: Proud and Confident in following the Party”, the contest provided a meaningful platform for students to enhance their understanding of the Congress, foster creativity, and develop communication skills through video production.
After a month of launching, the contest attracted strong participation from local high schools, colleges, and universities, receiving 12 entries posted on the Department’s official Fanpage. The videos received over 300,000 views and more than 36,000 votes, and shares.
Speaking at the event, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phạm Thị Trung emphasized that the 1st Provincial Party Congress is a historic political milestone for Quảng Ngãi.
She highlighted the importance of communication efforts in fostering unity, building trust, and inspiring the younger generation to contribute to the province’s future development.

The Organizing Board awarded first prize to the video “Quảng Ngãi Youth: Proud and Confident in following the Party” by Trần Quốc Tuấn High School, along with two second prizes, three third prizes, and five consolation prizes.
Audience Choice Awards were also presented, with the top prize going to “Phạm Văn Đồng University Youth – Proud and Confident in following the Party.”
