The Steering Committee chaired by the Provincial People’s Committee’s Chairman
Quảng Ngãi – The Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee has issued a decision to establish a Steering Committee tasked with reviewing and addressing difficulties facing long-delayed projects across the province.
The Steering Committee, chaired by the Provincial People’s Committee Chairman, is mandated to study, advise, and propose solutions for projects that have been stalled or entangled in legal and administrative obstacles.
Its work will be guided by the principles and legal frameworks set out in Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly and Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW of the Politburo.
The committee will also coordinate with the Central Steering Committee 751 to promptly propose solutions for issues beyond provincial authority, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and adherence to project timelines.
Reports and updates will be submitted to the Prime Minister and Steering Committee 751 for further direction.
Each member of the Steering Committee is responsible for monitoring implementation within their assigned sector, evaluating progress, and submitting recommendations to the Chair and the Standing Vice Chair.
Regular meetings will be held monthly on the second Wednesday, with extraordinary meetings convened as necessary.
The Chairman, as head of the Steering Committee, will assign specific responsibilities to members and oversee all activities to ensure effective resolution of long-standing project challenges.
