QUẢNG NGÃI — The Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 3339/CV-UBND, urging local authorities to promptly implement the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 187/CĐ-TTg dated October 4, 2025, on tightening control and accelerating the simplification of administrative procedures, business conditions, and non-geographical administrative processing.
Under the dispatch, provincial departments, agencies, and commune-level People’s Committees are required to thoroughly implement the Prime Minister’s directive to ensure effective and timely execution.
They are also instructed to continue tasks assigned in previous directives and decisions of the provincial chairman.
Relevant departments are to coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology in completing data migration from the province’s information systems to a unified post-merger system to facilitate administrative services for citizens and businesses.
Local People’s Committees must ensure sufficient funding, staff, and technical infrastructure at public administrative service centers, and review transaction volumes to allocate resources efficiently.
All procedures must be reviewed and gradually integrated into the National Public Service Portal, ensuring 100 per cent of business-related administrative procedures are available online.
The province aims to complete the transition to non-geographical administrative processing by December 1, 2025.
The Department of Science and Technology and the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee will monitor, guide, and report the progress to the Chairman.
