Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025 took place from April 11 to 17, 2025, with many activities imbued with traditional cultural identity. More than 40 thousand people and tourists participated in activities and events of the Week.
On the evening of April 17, at 11/3 Square (Ba To district), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Ba To district to organize the closing ceremony of Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025.
Attending the ceremony were Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dinh Thi Bac, and leaders of departments, sectors, and localities.
With the theme "Discovering Quang Ngai - Where blue sea and culture converge", Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025 was organized with diverse cultural, sports, and tourism activities taking place in all localities in the province, such as Ly Son district, Quang Ngai city, Nghia Hanh, and Ba To districts.
Especially, Quang Ngai organized the street music and fashion festival - Quang Ngai Carnival - for the first time, attracting the participation of over 1,200 actors and thousands of local people.
During the week, Quang Ngai welcomed more than 40 thousand people and tourists to participate in activities and events, with a total revenue of more than 30 billion VND.
The Quang Ngai Tourism Week has contributed significantly to introducing the potential and strengths of Quang Ngai province to the people and tourists, contributing to preserving, promoting, and honoring the cultural identity of ethnic groups and the tradition of solidarity of the people in the province, thereby, raising awareness and sense of responsibility for preserving the cultural identity of the nation.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals who have made many contributions to the success of Tourism Week 2025.
