On April 4, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a press conference to provide information about the activities of Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025.
Accordingly, Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025, with the theme "Discovering Quang Ngai - Where blue sea and culture converge", will take place from April 11 to April 17, 2025 in many localities in the province, including Quang Ngai City, Ba To District, Nghia Hanh District and Ly Son Island District.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place at 7:30 p.m. on April 11, 2025 at Pham Van Dong Square, Quang Ngai City. The closing ceremony is scheduled to take place at 7:00 p.m. on April 17, 2025 at March 11 Square in Ba To District.
Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025 has many activities such as the Exhibition of Cultural and Geological Heritage with the theme "Quang Ngai Tourism - Attraction from Heritage and Identity", the Cross-sea Swimming Competition, the Hot Air Balloon Festival "Flying to Ly Son", the Feast and Commemoration Festival for Hoang Sa soldiers, the Traditional Boat Racing, and the Conference on Tourism Development, Community Tourism, Rural Agricultural Tourism in New Rural Development in 2025.
In addition, on April 15, Quang Ngai City will organize the first street music and fashion festival "Quang Ngai Carnival".
Quang Ngai Tourism Week 2025 is organized with the aim of creating highlights and linking a series of cultural, sports and tourism activities in the whole province to stimulate tourism, promote traditional cultural values and the image of the land and people of Quang Ngai, and attract tourists, contributing to attracting investment and socio-economic development of the province in 2025.
