QUẢNG NGÃI — Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Công Hoàng on November 3 chaired a working session with the Provincial Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Works Construction Investment to review the implementation of key construction projects and capital disbursement progress.
According to the Board’s report, as of October 31, 2025, more than VNĐ 1.104 trillion had been disbursed, equivalent to 68.82 per cent of the eligible capital plan.
Several key projects invested by the Board have been completed and put into operation. These projects have contributed to improving infrastructure, public services, and socio-economic development.
In the coming months, the Board will focus on completing investment procedures, bidding, and commencing new projects.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Hoàng praised the Board’s efforts and achievements while urging continued focus on quality, progress, and disbursement efficiency.
He directed the Board to develop a detailed weekly disbursement plan, coordinate closely with the Land Fund Development Centre and relevant agencies to resolve land clearance challenges, and apply suitable technical solutions to accelerate project execution.
He also emphasised the need to strengthen supervision of contractors to ensure construction quality and compliance with safety standards, particularly in preparation for the storm season.
The Department of Finance was assigned to coordinate with investors to promptly adjust capital plans in line with project progress, ensuring the highest possible disbursement rate for 2025.
