In the 2021–2025 period, the total allocated budget for the two programs exceeds VNĐ 5.38 trillion, with VNĐ 3.74 trillion (69.6 per cent) already disbursed. In 2025 alone, VNĐ 1.889 trillion was allocated, reaching 37.75 per cent of the plan.
Vice Chairman Đỗ Tâm Hiển emphasized that implementing the national target programs is a key political task reflecting the province’s responsibility to improve people’s livelihoods. He instructed departments and localities to develop concrete action plans and implement the two programs concurrently and effectively to ensure progress and consistency.
He assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review all budget allocations and promptly advise the PPC on necessary adjustments to avoid further delays.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Hiển stressed that the ultimate goal is to ensure program effectiveness and quality outcomes, improve living standards, promote sustainable rural development, and achieve substantial poverty reduction across the province.
