Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Trần Phước Hiền, chaired a working session with leaders and staffs of the Office of Provincial People’s Committee (the Office) on July 7.
At the meeting, Chief of the Office, Nguyễn Quốc Việt, reported on the Office's performance in advising and assisting the Provincial People’s Committee, Chairman, and Vice Chairmen.
He also provided updates on the organizational structure following the recent administrative merger.
Staff arrangement and workspace preparation have been handled carefully to ensure stability and support officials in performing their duties effectively.
The Office has proactively supported the PPC's leadership in directing and managing provincial affairs, ensuring timely and high-quality administrative support.
During the session, they shared challenges and proposed solutions to improve advisory quality, enhance IT application, promote administrative reform, and build a modern, professional work environment.
Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền highly appreciated the Office’s achievements and emphasized its important role in coordination and administrative discipline.
He urged the Office to promptly finalize and issue its internal regulations, develop job position schemes, and strengthen support for the Provincial Public Administration Center and communal-level governments.
He also called for accelerated IT application, improved online working capabilities, and stronger interdepartmental coordination.
Importantly, he stressed the need to enhance the Office’s role and reputation through innovation, unity, and dedication.
