Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Giang, along with leaders of relevant departments, conducted a field inspection of communal-level Public Administration Service Centers in several localities on July 7.
The Communal Public Administration Center in Trương Quang Trọng Ward, located at 453 Nguyễn Văn Linh Street, has been fully equipped with necessary facilities to ensure smooth and effective administrative services.
All staffs are equipped with computers, and the center provides automated number systems, scanners, public procedure lookup machines, and computers for online submissions.
QR codes are also posted for easy access to administrative procedures.
Since its launch, the ward has promptly informed the public of the new service location to avoid disruption. From July 1–7, the center received 137 applications, 99.3 per cent of which were submitted online.
A total of 113 cases have been processed and delivered ahead of schedule.
Similarly, An Phú Commune's Public Administration Center has quickly completed staffing and equipment installation.
It received approximately 350 applications in a week, reflecting high public demand and rapid adaptation to the new model.
Local leaders also noted some challenges: limited waiting space, inconsistent equipment due to reuse from former facilities, and occasional software overloads causing delays.
Chairman Giang praised the commitment and professionalism of staff at the centers.
He noted a sharp increase in applications—especially early in the second week—which indicates strong initial effectiveness and public confidence in the new two-tier administrative model.
He emphasized the need for flexible staffing, continued infrastructure upgrades, and efforts to reduce waiting time for citizens.
