Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm Inspects Site Clearance for Provincial Road 671 Upgrade and Expansion Project
The projects include the first component of Trường Chinh Road, stretching from Phan Đình Phùng Street to Đào Duy Từ Street, and featuring a bridge over the Đăk Bla River; and the upgrade and expansion of Provincial Road 671, from Km49+500 to Km52 at the Hồ Chí Minh Road junction.
According to the Western Quảng Ngãi Investment Project Management Board, compensation and site clearance for Provincial Road 671 are underway in Đăk Bla Ward and Đăk Rơ Wa Commune. In Đăk Bla, compensation plans have been approved for 145 of 224 affected land plots, reaching 63 per cent. In Đăk Rơ Wa Commune, plans covering 130 plots belonging to 110 households and four organizations have been approved, reaching 88.2 per cent.

For the Trường Chinh Road project, the management board has received documents from 11 households. As of October 23, compensation and support payments had been made to five households, while the remaining six had yet to receive payment due to revisions to compensation plans or disagreements with the approved plans.
Following the inspection, Sâm urged the management board, local authorities and relevant agencies to mobilize resources and promptly resolve outstanding issues on Provincial Road 671, complete site clearance and hand over the land for construction.
For Trường Chinh Road, he called on the project owner and local authorities to engage in dialogue, explain relevant policies and encourage residents to reach agreement.
He stressed that site clearance must be completed promptly to avoid further delays to construction and project disbursement.
