The Quảng Ngãi online session was chaired by U Huấn, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Deputies Delegation, and Chairman of the Provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee.
In 2025, the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector achieved notable results, particularly in institutional improvement and administrative reform. Heritage preservation and promotion recorded major milestones, with four new heritages inscribed by UNESCO, raising Việt Nam’s total to 37 recognized heritages. National commemorative events were organized on a large scale, creating strong social impact.
Sports continued to develop comprehensively, from grassroots movements to high-performance achievements. Tourism remained a highlight, with more than 21.5 million international visitors, 135 million domestic tourists, and total revenue estimated at nearly VNĐ 1 quadrillion.
Tourism products were renewed, closely linked to digital transformation and the development of smart tourism ecosystems.

Addressing the conference, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính commended the sector’s achievements and stressed that 2026 - the first year implementing the 14th National Party Congress Resolution - is of special significance.
He called on the sector to take the lead in institutional breakthroughs, cultural and human development, sports advancement, restructuring tourism into a spearhead economic sector, and accelerating science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
