The Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee recently issued Decision No. 561/QĐ-UBND dated August 6, assigning members to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, and designating positions of Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the provincial Journalists’ Association for the 2020–2025 tenure.

Accordingly, Huỳnh Đức Minh, Provincial Party Committee member and Editor-in-Chief of Quảng Ngãi Newspaper and Radio-Television, has been appointed Chairman.
The Vice Chairmen include: Nguyễn Mạnh Hồng (former Chairman of the Kon Tum Journalists’ Association), Đặng Văn Nghiệp (former Vice Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Journalists’ Association), Hà Hoàng Triều, and Nguyễn Văn Thống (both Deputy Editors-in-Chief of Quảng Ngãi Newspaper and Radio-Television, concurrently holding previous leadership roles in the Journalists’ Associations of Quảng Ngãi and Kon Tum).
As Chairman, Minh is responsible for leading the Association’s activities and coordinating preparations for the upcoming congress of the Quảng Ngãi Journalists’ Association.
Born in 1976 in Quảng Ngãi, Minh previously served as Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission. He has extensive experience in journalism, having held various leadership positions, including Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Editor-in-Chief of Quảng Ngãi Newspaper.
