Provincial leaders pay tribute at Martyrs’ Cemetery on the 80th Anniversary of People’s Public Security Force

On the morning of August 15, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the All People’s Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 – August 19, 2025), the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi organized a memorial ceremony at the Provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery in Nghĩa Giang commune to honor fallen heroes who sacrificed their lives for national liberation and reunification.

The ceremony was attended by Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyễn Hoàng Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Đinh Thị Hồng Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial Police; and representatives of departments, agencies, armed forces, mass organizations, and Nghĩa Giang commune authorities.

In a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders and delegates laid wreaths, offered incense, and observed a minute of silence in front of the Monument to the Fatherland to express their deep gratitude and respect for the martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and reunification of the nation.

Following the tribute ceremony, the delegates offered incense at individual graves across the Provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery.
