Quảng Ngãi was among 15 provinces honored with the “Outstanding Exhibition Space” award at the National Exhibition of Achievements, held on September 15 in celebration of the 80th Anniversary of National Day.

The award also recognized 15 ministries and central agencies, along with 20 exemplary state-owned and private enterprises.
At the exhibition, Quảng Ngãi presented its display under the theme “Quảng Ngãi – Revolutionary Cradle, Steadfast Future”. The booth featured a symbolic gateway combining the images of Lý Sơn garlic and Ngọc Linh ginseng, together with hand model representing unity and solidarity.

Quảng Ngãi’s display not only highlighted its historical significance as one of the earliest provinces to gain power during the August Revolution 80 years ago, but also showcased its potential for development.
Visitors learned about the province’s strengths in marine economy, forestry, industry, as well as major projects such as the proposed Măng Đen Airport.
Cultural performances and craft demonstrations by local ethnic groups, including traditional weaving, pottery, gong and T’rưng music, added unique cultural value to the space of Quảng Ngãi province.
The exhibition, themed “80-year Journeyof Independence – Freedom – Happiness”, was the largest of its kind ever held, featuring nearly 180 sectors with documents, artifacts, films, and equipment reflecting the nation’s outstanding achievements. It attracted strong public attention and became a major political and cultural event.
