On the afternoon of August 15, in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Vạn Tường Victory (August 18, 1965 – August 18, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025), and the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), a provincial delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Trần Phước Hiền, visited and presented gifts to veterans who contributed to the historic Vạn Tường Victory.
The delegation included representatives of the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, and leaders of local communes and wards.

Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền and the delegation visited and offered gifts to veterans Nguyễn Thành Phương and Nguyễn Hồng Vân in Ba Gia commune; Đoàn Minh Cảnh in Trường Giang commune; Nguyễn Văn Tuyết, Lê Cao Mai, Lê Văn Thọ, and Nguyễn Trọng Nguyên in Trương Quang Trọng ward; and Hero of the Armed Forces Ngô Thanh Trang in An Phú commune.
Vice Chairman warmly inquired about the veterans’ health, expressed deep gratitude for their great contributions to the Vạn Tường Victory, and encouraged them and their families to continue upholding the revolutionary tradition, setting an example for younger generations, and contributing to building a prosperous and civilized homeland.
