MĂNG ĐEN — The Măng Đen Culture–Tourism Week 2026 officially concluded on the afternoon of January 4 in Măng Đen Commune, wrapping up a vibrant series of cultural, sports and tourism activities held in the first days of the New Year.
The closing ceremony was attended by Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Y Ngọc, representatives of departments, agencies and localities, along with a large number of visitors from within and outside the province.
Held from January 1 to 4, the event featured a wide range of activities, including art performances, sports events, tourism experiences, culinary spaces and exhibitions of local specialty products.
During the four-day programme, the Măng Đen eco-tourism area welcomed around 55,000 visitors, highlighting the destination’s growing appeal and its positive contribution to local socio-economic development, particularly in services and tourism.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Phạm Thị Trung, said the event helped honour the region’s natural landscape and highland cultural space, enabling visitors to better understand, experience and connect with Măng Đen.
Well-prepared and professionally organised activities also contributed to promoting the image of Măng Đen and Quảng Ngãi’s tourism to a wider audience.
The event played an important role in promoting Măng Đen as a green, friendly and culturally rich destination, creating momentum for the locality to further tap its potential and move towards becoming an attractive, safe and sustainable tourism destination.
On this occasion, the Organising Committee awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding contributions to the success of the Măng Đen Culture–Tourism Week 2026.
