On May 6, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Chairman of the Council for considering and awarding the titles of People's Artisan and Meritorious Artisan in the field of intangible cultural heritage of the province for the fourth time, Trần Hoàng Tuấn, , chaired a meeting to review the applications for the title of Meritorious Artisan.
At the meeting, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism reported on the results of the plan implementation to consider and award the title. Accordingly, among the 11 dossiers proposed for the title of Meritorious Artisan, one dossier was in the field of folk knowledge, and 10 others in the field of folk performing arts.
Delegates attending the meeting contributed ideas, analyzed them, and voted to select individuals worthy of honor.
Concluding the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trần Hoàng Tuấn highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and active participation of the Council’s members and experts.
At the same time, Tuấn requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to review comments from Council’s members and experts, actively support individuals in completing the dossiers as soon as possible, and then send them to the members of the Council at the provincial level for comments and votes.
