On July 21, in celebration of the 78th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), a delegation from the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front, led by Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền, visited and presented gifts to national contributors at the Provincial Nursing Center for People with Meritorious Service.
Vice Chairman Hiền warmly inquired about the health and well-being of wounded and sick soldiers receiving care at the center.
He was pleased to see that their physical and mental needs are being well taken care of, and affirmed the province’s ongoing gratitude and commitment to improving their quality of life.
During a facility inspection and working session with the center's leadership, the Vice Chairman praised the staff’s dedication and responsibility in caring for the residents.
He also encouraged the center to diversify its activities, suggesting the organization of suitable excursions and recreational programs to help residents stay active, joyful, and optimistic in their daily lives.
