Deputy Prime Minister Hồ Đức Phớc has signed Decision No. 2451/QĐ-TTg dated November 7, 2025, approving emergency financial support for Quảng Ngãi, Gia Lai, and Đắk Lắk provinces to address the impacts of Typhoon No. 13.
Accordingly, a total of VNĐ 80 billion will be provided from the 2025 central budget contingency fund, including VNĐ 20 billion VNĐ for Quảng Ngãi, VNĐ 30 billion for Gia Lai, and VNĐ 30 billion for Đắk Lắk. The funds aim to help localities overcome storm and flood damage and restore normal living conditions for affected residents.
The Ministry of Finance is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the proposed allocations. The People’s Committees of these provinces will manage and use the funds in accordance with state budget regulations, ensuring transparency, proper use, and prevention of misuse or losses.
Localities are required to report on fund utilization to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and other relevant agencies for consolidation and reporting to the Prime Minister.
