QUẢNG NGÃI — The Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee has issued Plan No. 55/KH-UBND to implement the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 27/2025/QĐ-TTg dated August 4, 2025, which regulates criteria for communes, wards, and special zones meeting legal access standards.
The plan aims to ensure consistent, effective implementation of the new regulations across the province, enhance accountability among agencies and officials, and promote public awareness and compliance with the law.
It also seeks to assess the performance of commune-level authorities in building and enforcing legal frameworks, thereby improving governance efficiency and fostering a culture of law observance among citizens and businesses.
Under the plan, training sessions will be organized to guide local officials in applying the criteria and indicators for legal access.
Information and communication campaigns will be strengthened to raise awareness of the significance of the legal access standard.
The Department of Justice has been assigned as the lead agency to advise, guide, monitor, and inspect the implementation of the regulations and report periodically to the provincial leadership.
Commune-level People’s Committees are required to develop specific local plans and assign their Offices of the People’s Councils and People’s Committees to coordinate and oversee related tasks.
The plan also calls on the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations to participate in public education, supervision, and assessment of citizen satisfaction with the effectiveness of communes and wards meeting legal access standards.
