QUẢNG NGÃI — On October 15, U Huấn, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi Province, visited and extended congratulations to the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Women’s Union on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Việt Nam Women’s Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2025) and Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20).
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Quảng Ngãi Province, Nguyễn Công Hoàng, and representatives from the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commissions, Organization Committee, and Office attended the visit.
In his remarks, Deputy Secretary Huấn commended the Provincial Women’s Union for its outstanding contributions to local development and women’s advancement over the years.
He praised the organization for effectively mobilizing and uniting women across the province, and for promoting meaningful movements such as “Women actively study, work creatively, and build happy families” as well as initiatives supporting women’s entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and participation in new rural and civilized urban development.
Huấn urged the Provincial Women’s Union to continue innovating its operations, align activities with the province’s socio-political priorities, and replicate successful models that deliver tangible benefits.
He also emphasized the importance of strengthening communication and outreach, and of improving the welfare and well-being of women—particularly those in disadvantaged, remote, and ethnic minority areas.
He called on all levels of the Women’s Union to uphold their tradition of solidarity and creativity, contributing to the province’s goals of building a prosperous, modern, and culturally rich Quảng Ngãi.
