On July 27, in commemoration of the 78th War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), a provincial delegation led by Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Party Committee Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the western communes of Bờ Y, Đăk Rve, and Măng Đen.

In Bờ Y commune, the delegation visited families of revolutionary contributors and wounded veterans with a 61–70 per cent loss of working capacity, including Đinh Văn Sâm (born 1952, Bắc Phong village) and Thao Minh Đờ (born 1953, Măng Tôn village).
They also visited the family of Y Điệp, a revolutionary contributor, the family of wounded veteran Nguyễn Thị Lý (born 1946, Residential Group 2), and Y Kua (born 1944, Kon Pring village).

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary Bùi Thị Quỳnh Vân inquired after the health and living conditions of the families, and expressed deep gratitude for their contributions and sacrifices to the national revolutionary cause.
She affirmed that the Party, the State, and Quảng Ngãi province always value and remember the immense contributions of wounded and sick veterans, fallen heroes, and revolutionary contributors.

She also encouraged the families to continue upholding the revolutionary spirit and serve as role models for younger generations.
Secretary Vân called on local Party committees and authorities to enhance their care and support for policy beneficiary families and those with meritorious services in the area.
