QUẢNG NGÃI — Quảng Ngãi has stepped up measures to ensure traffic order and safety during the National Day holiday and the peak period for school traffic safety as students return to school.
The Provincial People’s Committee has asked departments, agencies, local administrations and relevant organizations to strengthen traffic safety measures, improve public awareness and ensure smooth and safe travel during the holiday and the beginning of the new school year.
The directive was issued in Official Dispatch No. 8570/UBND-CNXD, signed by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
Under the directive, agencies and localities are required to intensify communication and public education on traffic laws through mass media, at workplaces, schools, local communities and businesses.
Officials, public employees and workers are also encouraged to set an example by strictly observing traffic regulations.
