World Vision Vietnam sends New Year wishes to the leaders of Quang Ngai PPC

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, on January 14, the World Vision Vietnam (WVV) delegation led by Mr. Le Thien Thach - Southern Region Program Manager visited and wished a Happy New Year to Quang Ngai province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien received and worked with the delegation.

During the visit, the two sides discussed the programs and projects that WVV is implementing in Quang Ngai province, focusing on the mountainous districts of Son Ha, Tra Bong, Ba To, Minh Long, and Son Tay.

The projects’ goal is to sustainably improve the welfare of children, especially vulnerable children through activities such as child protection, health, nutrition, livelihoods and community resource mobilization and child protection plans, contributing to raising awareness and living behaviors of the people, improving welfare and protecting children in the province.

Le Thien Thach thanked the provincial leaders for their companionship and support during the implementation of socio-economic development projects in the province, especially in mountainous districts in recent times.

The PPC’s Vice Chairman Vo Phien acknowledged and highly appreciated the meaningful activities of World Vision Vietnam in the province in recent years and affirmed that these programs and projects have contributed to improving the lives of mountainous people in Quang Ngai province.
