On the morning of February 3, the Provincial People's Committee held the New Spring Meeting to assess the situation before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025 (Tet) under the chairmanship of PPC’s Chairman Nguyen Hoang Giang.

The meeting was attended by PPC’s Vice Chairmen and representatives of departments and sectors in the province.
Reportedly, the political security and social order and safety before, during and after Tet were maintained.
The activities welcoming Tet were organized in a safe and orderly manner.
The provincial agencies also implemented solutions to ensure food hygiene and safety and serve the people’s requirements on passenger transportation, electric power, water, communications, emergency, medical examination and treatment, etc.
In addition, the PPC directed the functional sectors and localities to visit and present Tet’s gifts to policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services with a total amount of nearly VND72 billion from government’s budgets and welfare funds.
The province also supported 111.3 tons of rice for over 3,000 poor households.

Tet 2025 took place in an exciting festive atmosphere with fun and exciting activities and entertainment programs such as fireworks and art performances.
Speaking at the meeting, the PPC’s Chairman Nguyen Hoang Giang evaluated that the provincial agencies seriously implemented directions of the Central Government and the province, contributing to the organization of Tet in a fun and safe manner.

On behalf of the PPC’s leaders, Nguyen Hoang Giang sent Tet greetings to all cadres, civil servants, public employees, laborers and families in the province.
Shortly after Tet, the PPC requested departments, sectors and localities to focus on implementation of socio-economic development, security and national defense tasks of 2025.
