Quảng Ngãi Vice Chairman visits schools on Vietnamese Teachers’ Day

Quảng Ngãi — On the morning of November 19, in celebration of the 43rd Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20, 1982 – November 20, 2025), Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Công Hoàng visited and extended greetings to teachers and school administrators at Nguyễn Chánh Secondary School and Nguyễn Đôn Secondary School.

At both schools, Vice Chairman Hoàng conveyed the province’s regards and best wishes to all staff and teachers, recognising their dedication, responsibility, and silent contributions to the mission of “nurturing human resources.”

He encouraged educators to continue promoting unity, passion for teaching, and a commitment to self-study and professional development to improve educational quality in their schools and across the province.

He also emphasised the importance of integrating information technology into teaching and learning, accelerating digital transformation, and effectively utilising educational equipment and digital resources to meet the requirements of modern educational reforms.

Vice Chairman Hoàng affirmed the province’s ongoing support for education and the teaching workforce through investment in infrastructure, improved teaching conditions, and implementation of appropriate support policies.

Teachers are regarded as the core force for raising education quality, and the province has created favourable conditions for them to focus on their professional duties and contribute to the sector.

Nguyễn Chánh Secondary School currently has 1,030 students across 30 classes, served by 62 staff and teachers.

In 2024, the school received investment for new infrastructure, including a three-storey building with 18 classrooms equipped for the 2018 general education curriculum.

The school actively promotes the “Good Teaching – Good Learning” movement and digital teaching applications.

Nguyễn Đôn Secondary School has 472 students from grades 6 to 9 in 13 classes, with 30 staff and teachers.

The school effectively manages teaching facilities and equipment, contributing to the development of students’ capacities.

Its teaching staff possess strong professional competence to meet the  educational reform requirements.
