On September 16, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm, chaired a meeting with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to review the implementation of projects managed by the Provincial Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board.

According to the Investor's reports, six projects are scheduled for completion in 2025, including: Trà Khúc River Downstream Dam, two riverbank embankment and land reclamation projects along the Trà Khúc River, Hố Sâu Reservoir, and two urgent anti-erosion projects at An Phú coast and Sa Cần estuary.
Most projects have reached over 90 per cent of the contract value, except for the An Phú coastal erosion prevention project (78 per cent) and the Sa Cần estuary erosion prevention project (55 per cent), with delays mainly caused by site clearance issues.
Vice Chairman Sâm requested the Project Management Unit to closely coordinate with departments and localities to resolve obstacles, accelerate land clearance, and ensure on-time project completion, contributing to the effective disbursement of public investment capital in 2025.
