The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 2100/UBND-KTTH directing the implementation of tasks and solutions on foreign investment in Quảng Ngãi, following guidance from Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Chí Dũng under Official Dispatch No. 7840/VPCP-QHQT dated August 22, 2025.

Provincial authorities are required to strengthen institutional capacity, accelerate administrative reforms, and expedite investment and business procedures, particularly in areas related to land, construction, environment, and fire prevention.
Agencies are tasked with proactively supporting investors, addressing obstacles, and accelerating disbursement of investment capital.
The province will review and prepare industrial parks with available clean land, improve infrastructure, including power, water, transport, telecommunications, and logistics, and ensure readiness to welcome shifting global investment flows.
Authorities must also strictly enforce regulations on reporting, particularly through the National Investment Information System, and ensure timely and accurate updates.
Heads of agencies and localities are instructed to promptly detect and strictly handle violations by officials in processing foreign investment procedures, including delays or inconsistent handling, which may lead to complaints or disputes.
