On September 5, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization, and Deputy Head of the Subcommittee for Information and Logistics of the 1st Party Congress of Quảng Ngãi Province, Ngô Văn Trọng, chaired a press conference to provide information on the upcoming Congress.

The 1st Party Congress of Quảng Ngãi Province, term 2025–2030, will take place from September 10 to 12, 2025, at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center with the theme “Building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be clean and strong in all aspects; promoting the heroic revolutionary tradition and great national solidarity; driving breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; ensuring national defense, security, and diplomacy; fostering rapid and sustainable development; striving to become a fairly developed province by 2030, together with the whole country advancing into a new era of nation rise.”

The Congress will gather 450 delegates, representing more than 92,900 Party members across the province.
With the motto “Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Breakthrough – Development”, the Congress will review the implementation of the Resolution of the 2020–2025 term, set directions, goals, and solutions for the 2025–2030 term, and contribute to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
The opening session will be broadcast live on QNgTV at 7:30 a.m. on September 11.
All preparations for the Congress have been carried out in line with Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo and guidance from the Central Government.
Draft documents have been widely circulated for feedback from relevant organizations and individuals, ensuring compliance with Party regulations.
Concluding the press conference, Ngô Văn Trọng emphasized that the 1st Party Congress of Quảng Ngãi Province is a significant political event, marking an important milestone in the province’s development after administrative restructuring and the establishment of a two-tier local government system.
