QUẢNG NGÃI — The “Horizon of Dreams – A 15-Year Journey” programme and the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival celebration were held in Quảng Ngãi on September 19, bringing together local leaders, programme beneficiaries and generations of students who have received support over the past 15 years.
The event was jointly organised by Thiên Tân Group and Quảng Ngãi Newspaper, Radio and Television.
The event was attended by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Đức Tâm, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial National Assembly delegation Đinh Thị Hồng Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Nguyễn Cao Phúc, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee Y Thị Bích Thọ, former provincial leaders, representatives of departments and localities, and students participating in the programme.
Launched 15 years ago through cooperation between Thiên Tân Group and Quảng Ngãi Radio and Television, the “Horizon of Dreams” programme aims to support children facing difficult circumstances and help them continue their education.

Provincial leaders present gifts to students who are members of the "Horizon of Dreams" program.
Over the past 15 years, the programme has provided scholarships to 169 students, while also supporting and caring for children at Phú Hòa Orphanage. Thiên Tân Group has contributed more than VNĐ20 billion to the programme.
Many beneficiaries from the programme’s early years have since grown up and built stable careers, including doctors, engineers and teachers.
Speaking at the programme, Chairman Nguyễn Đức Tâm expressed his emotion at witnessing the growth of different generations of students.
He recognised the long-term commitment of Thiên Tân Group, Phú Hòa Orphanage and Quảng Ngãi Newspaper, Radio and Television in supporting disadvantaged children.
He stressed that the programme’s value lies not only in financial assistance but also in its commitment to providing full scholarships through Grade 12, helping students remain in school and pursue their aspirations.
The Chairman affirmed that Quảng Ngãi regards child protection, care and education as key priorities alongside socio-economic development.
He called on departments, sectors and localities to regularly review and update lists of disadvantaged children, orphans and children without caregivers to ensure timely support.
He also urged stronger school-based psychological counselling and measures to protect children, while encouraging the expansion of practical community support models.
The event featured scholarship presentations, gifts, a Mid-Autumn Festival lantern-lighting activity and a dragon dance performance for children.
