On January 13, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hoang Giang, visited the families of former provincial leaders.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hoang Giang, and members of the delegation visited the grave of Mr. Huynh Thuc Khang - former Acting President, at Thien An Mountain, Quang Ngai City.
The delegation also visited former Politburo member, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, former Provincial Party Secretary Do Quang Thang. They visited and wished a Happy New Year to Mr. Le Binh (63 years old), a war invalid, in Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai City.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang expressed his deep gratitude to the former provincial leaders and families of people with revolutionary contributions who have made many contributions to the cause of construction and development of the province and the country.
At the same time, he wished them a healthy and happy new year and a joyful and warm traditional Tet holiday.
Giang hoped that the families would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, contributing to the development of the homeland.
The delegation also visited Thich Thong Hoi, Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in the province, and Priest Van Ngoc Anh, Head of the Quang Ngai Catholic Delegation.
