Chairing the question-and-answer session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van emphasized that questioning and answering questions are important contents at the session that voters and people are interested in.
Through the questioning contents, many existing problems and difficulties in the fields of socio-economic development, management and operation of State administrative agencies were promptly considered and resolved.
Many important tasks and solutions were proposed to remove immediate problems and shortcomings and strategic, fundamental and long-term solutions.
Leaders of Departments Construction, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Health, and Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee answered and clarified issues raised by voters and delegates of the Provincial People's Council.
Particularly, they asked about the current planning and management of cemeteries, the disbursement of investment capital under the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, several delayed projects affecting the province's investment attraction environment, the situation of food poisoning in the province, solutions to raise people's awareness in food production, the implementation status and results of granting Certificates of qualified food safety establishments, periodic inspection and assessment work after granting Certificates, etc.
Concluding the question and answer session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van acknowledged the sense of responsibility and efforts of the leaders of departments and delegates participating in the question and answer session, demonstrating a spirit of frankness, openness, high constructiveness and focusing on providing many solutions to solve the problem.
The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee,departments and localities to take notes and fully absorb the opinions and issues raised by the Provincial People's Council delegates at the question and answer session to better implement their tasks in the coming time.
She requested them to advise and organize the immediate resolution of existing problems, difficulties and questioned issues and have clear, strong, drastic, synchronous and more effective solutions.
