On January 14 afternoon, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hoang Giang, chaired the Ceremony to announce the Decisions on organization, apparatus and personnel arrangement.
Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 06/QD-UBND dated January 6, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 76/NQ-HDND dated December 27, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on establishing the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee of Quang Ngai province, Decision No. 15/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 77/NQ-HDND dated December 27, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on terminating operations and merging the Department of Foreign Affairs into the Office of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee.
Director of the Department of Home Affairs also announced the Decision to appoint Mrs. Huynh Thi Phuong Hoa, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Decision to appoint Mr. Le Chi Phuong, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, the Decision to appoint Mr. Ho Ngoc Thinh, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee to the position of Head of the Provincial Ethnic - Religion Committee, the Decision to appoint Mr. Le Van Vin, Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic – Religion Committee.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang hoped that, in the new positions, these newly-appointed cadres would continue to promote their sense of responsibility, capacity, and strengths, overcome all difficulties, and promote the spirit of solidarity and unity in the collective to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
Head of the Provincial Ethnic – Religion Committee Ho Ngoc Thinh respectfully thanked the PPC’s leaders for their attention and trust in assigning him the new responsibility. In his new position, he promised to uphold the sense of responsibility, promote capacity and strengths, and unite with the new unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
