On February 10, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan chaired a meeting to give opinions on the script for the 80th Anniversary of Ba To Uprising (March 11, 1945 - 2025) and the 50th Anniversary of Quang Ngai Province Liberation Day (March 24, 1975 - 2025).

The Anniversary with the theme “Quang Ngai – Heroic Motherland” aims to honor the historical and cultural traditions of Quang Ngai through important milestones.
The program is expected to be broadcast live on VTV1 and VTV8.
The highlight of the Anniversary is the Art Program “Quang Ngai – Heroic Motherland” with a combination of music, pageant, dance and modern technology 3D Mapping.
At the meeting, delegates gave detailed comments on the script contents such as stage perspective, selection of singers and songs, costumes, and specific time for each content of the Anniversary.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan highly appreciated the script’s ideas, the preparation work as well as the technology used for the anniversary prepared by VTV8.

Tuan emphasized that the Anniversary’s Ceremony and the Art Program must demonstrate the honor of patriotism, loyalty and great sacrifices of the army and people of Quang Ngai in the heroic history of the nation. At the same time, they should introduce the natural beauty and unique cultural identity of the ethnic groups in the province.
The PPC’s Vice Chairman assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related departments, sectors and localities to review all contents and complete the script and preparation work, ensuring the Ceremony to take place solemnly, reflecting the great historical significance of the Ba To Uprising and the construction and development of Quang Ngai province.
