Quảng Ngãi Province’s state budget revenue in the first nine months of 2026 was generally on track to meet the assigned estimates, with several revenue sources achieving or exceeding their assigned targets.
Revenue from state-owned enterprises reached 79.7 per cent of the annual estimate, while personal income tax collection stood at 81 per cent and fees and charges at 80.5 per cent.
Revenue from lotteries reached 92.7 per cent, other budget revenue hit 104.9 per cent, and import-export revenue exceeded the target, reaching 108.7 per cent.
However, some revenue sources remained below expectations.
Environmental protection tax collection reached only 36.6 per cent of the annual estimate, while revenue from housing and land-related sources stood at 31.6 per cent.
Revenue from mineral extraction rights reached 34.7 per cent, and revenue from public land funds and other public assets accounted for just 24.3 per cent.
Revenue from mineral extraction rights also declined following a refund and offsetting adjustment related to the 2023–2025 settlement of extraction rights fees for Quảng Ngãi Mineral Development Investment JSC, reducing the amount previously paid.
