On June 11, the Government Office held an online conference with provinces and cities to implement administrative procedure reform of the two-tier local government model.

Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyễn Quốc Việt, and representatives of the provincial departments and sectors attended the conference at the Quảng Ngãi bridge point.
At the conference, the Department of Administrative Procedure Control (Government Office) introduced the new points of Decree No. 118/2025/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures at the One-stop Department and the National Public Service Portal.
Accordingly, the Provincial and Commune Public Administration Service Centers will be in operation from July 1, 2025.
The conference also deployed the reception and settlement of administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center and One-stop Department of communes and wards after the arrangement.
Conference in the localities
Leaders of the Government Office requested localities to focus on promoting administrative reforms, issuing implementation plans, and completing the arrangement of the Public Administration Service Centers at the provincial and communal levels, ensuring smooth operations.
