At the meeting, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of NA Deputies Huynh Thi Anh Suong informed the results of the eighth session of the 15th National Assembly. After 29 days of working, NA deputies voted to pass 18 laws with high approval rates, approved 21 resolutions and gave opinions on ten other draft laws.
Voters hailed the close and effective coordination among the NA, the Government and relevant agencies in legislative activities.
Voters of the health sector proposed that the NA, the Government and sectors pay attention to allowances and benefits for health workers, and increase the starting salary for newly graduated doctors.
They recommended the Government to invest in new equipment for medical facilities to meet the examination and treatment needs of the people, and issue mechanisms and policies to attract medical staff, especially doctors.
Voters also proposed a number of contents related to bidding for drugs and medical equipment, regulations on granting pharmaceutical practice certificates.

On behalf of the Quang Ngai NA Deputy Delegation, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong acknowledged the comments and suggestions of voters in the health sector.
Phương also shared the difficulties of the health sector in performing professional tasks and implementing policies in recent years.
Vice Chairman of the NA hopes that the Quang Ngai medical staff will continue to improve their professional qualifications, medical ethics, meeting the needs of medical examination and treatment for the people in the province.
The provincial NA Deputy Delegation will fully review the voters' recommendations and report to the NA, the Government, and relevant functional agencies for consideration and setlement in the coming time.
On the same day, the provincial NA Deputy Delegation led by Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the NA also met voters in the field of education and training of Quang Ngai province.
