Vice Chairman of Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee, Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm, on July 18 visited and presented gifts to outstanding policy families in Ya Ly Commune, in honor of the 78th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025).
During the visits, Sâm and the delegation kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of the families and delivered gifts to notable individuals, including: Rơ Lan Lưu from Điệp Lốk Village and Y Nhân from Rắc Village — both war invalids with a working capacity loss of 61–70 per cent, and A Cúc from Chứ Village, a person recognized for his contributions to the revolution.
Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of war invalids, martyrs, and revolutionary contributors in the struggle for national defense.
He also urged local authorities to continue supporting these families, ensuring timely and full implementation of the preferential policies of the Party and State to improve both their material and spiritual well-being.
