Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Trần Phước Hiền, on July 21 inspected the Sa Huỳnh Ward Public Administration Service Center.
He was accompanied by representatives from the Department of Industry and Trade and the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee.
During the visit, he examined the center’s facilities, equipment, internet connectivity, and data system integration.
He also reviewed staff allocation and the administrative process for handling public and business-related procedures.
Initial assessments show the center is operating smoothly, with no service disruptions. Since July 1, it has received over 620 applications—around 98 per cent submitted online.
All were processed on time and in accordance with regulations.
Vice Chairman Hiền praised the dedication of the center’s staffs and urged local authorities to improve facilities, address any issues promptly, and ensure seamless public service.
He also emphasized the importance of continuous training for staff to maintain efficiency, professionalism, and high-quality support for citizens and businesses.
