Vice Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People's Committee, Trần Phước Hiền, on July 21 visited and presented gifts to outstanding families of national contributors in Sa Huỳnh Ward, on the occasion of the 78th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025).
Accompanying him were representatives from the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Industry and Trade, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of Sa Huỳnh Ward.
Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền visited and gave gifts to Ngô Thị Đài, a martyr’s relative in Tân Diêm Residential Group; war veteran Võ Thị Phường in Thạch By Residential Group; and war veteran Đặng Văn Bình in Vĩnh Tuy Residential Group.
Hiền expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions made by the families of martyrs and war invalids in the cause of national liberation.
He affirmed that the Party Committee, authorities, and people of the province always regard caring for national contributors as a key political task.
He encouraged the families to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, inspiring younger generations to study, work hard, and actively participate in local development and environmental protection.
He also called on local authorities and mass organizations in Sa Huỳnh Ward to effectively implement support policies and ensure a better life for all families of national contributors.
