In commemoration of the 78th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2025), on July 20, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee, Y Ngọc, visited and presented gifts to policy families in the wards of Dak Bla, Dak Cam, Kon Tum, and in Dak Tô commune.
She visited the family of martyr Y Muir, former Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (Dak Bla Ward); the family of martyr Nguyễn Thị Mai (Kon Tum Ward); Hero of the People's Armed Forces Y Buong (Dak To Commune); and Vietnamese Heroic Mother Đặng Thị Thu (Dak Cam Ward).
During the visits, Vice Chairwoman Y Ngọc kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of each family and expressed her deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of war invalids, martyrs, and those who made outstanding contributions to the nation's liberation and defense.
She also encouraged the families to uphold their revolutionary traditions, take part in building cultural communities, and inspire younger generations to study and work hard, contributing to the prosperity and development of their hometowns.
